ABOUT ME
Thank you for visiting my website! My name is Nurys Marcel but everyone calls me Marcel. I am a full-time real estate investor, fashion blogger, and motivator! At fifteen years old, I moved to Northern New Jersey from Mao, Valverde, Dominican Republic. Through acclimating to an entirely new culture; I developed my own sense of style, which I proudly display every single day.
In 2011, I graduated from Ramapo College with a degree in Business Management. While in college, I worked part-time in the banking industry. After I graduated, I transitioned into a full-time position. Due to my entrepreneurial spirit and self-determination, I decided to pursue my two passions; real estate and influencing.
My property management company was founded in 2016. In January 2019 I became a Real Estate Licensee. I own a total of 15 rental units and my own single family home which I am currently in the process of remodeling. I love sharing my life and experiences with my followers. I am grateful for the strong community that I have created for those who love to discuss home ownership, lifestyle trends and travel experiences.
